In order to meet your requirements and always be able to react flexibly, we coordinate closely with you and develop your individualised packaging solutions ourselves:
- Using modern CAD technology, we design individualised packaging solutions for your products on screen, according to your specifications.
- With our rapid-prototyping-process, we produce a sample of your packaging solution based on the CAD data, within just 48 hours.
- Once the packaging design has been approved and goes into production, we produce your individualised corrugated cardboard packaging solution after target-cost-optimised product development.

Consistently high quality thanks to our careful quality management
Quality is a top priority for us: that is why we regularly check random samples of all incoming raw materials, as well as the finished products from our own production in our own laboratory. This is how we ensure that our products meet the high standards to which we hold ourselves and that our customers rightly expect from us:
- We carry out quality tests in our laboratory as soon as the material arrives.
- The ongoing production process is also checked on the basis of quality features and defective packages are automatically rejected.
- After completion of production, random samples are examined – all process and quality data are documented and can be retrieved at any time.

Because of our closed supply chain, we guarantee you a reliable supply of products. We realise this through:
- modern material flow technology with in-house, palletless transport and material traceability
- our own logistics company (Boos Logistik GmbH) with extensive storage capacity, our own fleet of vehicles and fixed partners for just-in-time delivery
